Hi! I’m Belen — a Product-focused professional based in Buenos Aires with experience in project management, UX implementation, and cross-functional team leadership. Fluent in English and Spanish, I’ve worked with SaaS platforms, agencies, and civic tech teams to deliver user-centered digital products. My background as a full-stack developer combined with agile delivery expertise gives me a full-lifecycle perspective: from discovery to launch and optimization.

Currently expanding my expertise into Web3 product management, exploring blockchain strategies, decentralized collaboration, and tokenized ecosystems.
